Checking collection locations…
A simpler way to give
A few little steps. A lovely moment.
02
Prepared with care
Your local team prepares and checks the flowers, then places them in a suitable, secure compartment.
03
Collect, or let it come to you
Once your order is confirmed ready, follow your collection instructions or let an arranged courier bring it to you.
More than a bouquet
Little things. Lasting feelings.
A considered collection of companions for your flowers. Our planned flower-point edit starts small, with availability confirmed locally.
A note, just for them
Personal messages and beautifully printed cards.
A home for their flowers
Petite vases and carefully packed flower-care kits.
Something to keep
Preserved botanical gifts, stored separately from fresh flowers.
Thoughtful, right to the last mile.
Collection points are designed for customers and couriers. Local teams replenish them in batches, so there’s no need for a traditional shop counter at every stop.
Can I collect flowers now?
Only published, open locations can arrange collection. Planned locations cannot accept pickup orders. Please wait for confirmation that your flowers are ready before travelling.
How do I open my compartment?
Your order confirmation will explain the collection method supported by that location. Access details are shared privately once the order is ready.
What if I am late or need help?
Contact the team using your order confirmation. Collection windows protect flower quality; the team will confirm whether a new window or delivery is possible.
Can I host a flower point?
We are interested in accessible partner locations with reliable power and a safe collection area. Contact us with your city and a short description of the space.
